Showing up, giving back and supporting organizations that make a difference in the lives of others is deeply important to the AP Signature Homes team. Through hands-on volunteering, financial and in-kind contributions, and ongoing partnerships, we make it a priority to invest in causes that uplift families and strengthen communities in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
The Great North Pole
AP Signature Homes’ partnership with The Great North Pole began in 2019 — and it’s become a tradition we look forward to each year. This incredible organization provides gifts and essentials to families facing hardship during the holiday season.
Each year, our team purchases a table at the organization’s annual gala, volunteers time at the packing facility and personally delivers gift boxes to families in need. Being part of this effort allows us to connect directly with our community and, just maybe, bring a little bit of joy to others during the holiday season.
Unseen
We were introduced to Unseen through their annual Fall Fire gala and were immediately inspired by their work to combat human trafficking. Unseen envisions a world where exploiters are stopped, vulnerable people have livelihoods, and survivors pursue lives of freedom and impact. AP Signature Homes is a committed supporter of Unseen — and we’re honored to play a small role in helping advance their mission and raise awareness through our participation.

Sigma Chi Fraternity at North Dakota State University through involvement on the House Corporation Advisory Board
