Meet the Team

AP Signature Homes President Andrew Pringle knows a thing or two about innovative designs that stand the test of time.

And throughout a 17-year career that’s taken him from North Dakota to the Twin Cities and back again, he’s played instrumental roles in some of the region’s most impressive and iconic projects. Along the way he realized a passion for working with customers and saw a need for a trustworthy, well-communicated residential contractor who does what they say they’re going to do.

While AP Signature Homes builds projects of all shapes and sizes, we specialize in those that may have challenges that other contractors aren’t willing to take on—from complicated or whole home remodels, to logistics, schedule and budget constraints, underserved locations and more.
